Pets – Welcome

• All pets of guests must be announced prior to arrival. A fee of 25.00 EUR per day is charged for each registered dog, cat, or other animal (guide dogs are an exception and stay free of charge).
• All dogs staying within the resort must have a valid vaccination booklet. There is a designated dog beach located in the eastern part of the resort. The dog beach is marked along the coastline.
• Please note that this section of the beach is not intended for swimming by people, and there are no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is entirely at your own risk.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Each pet owner is responsible for their animal’s behavior and for cleaning up after them. If a pet owner fails to clean up their dog’s waste, they are required to pay a 10.00 EUR cleaning fee, which will be charged for cleaning by the resort staff.
• Failure to register a pet is considered a serious violation of the resort’s house rules, and the owner may be asked to leave the resort.
• Cleaning of accommodations is only possible in the absence of the pet; otherwise, housekeeping will not enter the accommodation.
• Beds, mattresses, and sofas designated for guests’ use are not intended for pets. We recommend that you reserve a special pet bed prior to your arrival.
• Pets are allowed only in certain four-star rooms. Animals are not permitted inside the restaurant. Dogs on a leash with their owners are allowed on the terrace, provided they do not disturb other guests.
• In the event of a dog attacking other animals or people, the pet owner is fully responsible for any damages.
• In case of claims against Adria, the company will pursue a recourse claim against the responsible party to the fullest extent allowed by law.
