Guests have the right to cancel their reservation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation or modification policy for stays:

Reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
For cancellations made 9 to 1 day before arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total stay cost will be charged, excluding the tourist tax and registration fee.
In the case of an early departure or late arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge penalties amounting to 100% of the remaining stay, excluding the tourist tax.
